Processing time
All items are made to order. It usually takes us 3–7 business days to sew, pack, and ship your order—depending on the season and order size. If you're in a rush or have questions, feel free to reach out.

Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Sadly, we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by customs.

Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping from Lithuania (Europe) on orders over 150€ 

All international orders are shipped via Lithuania Post.

Each parcel is carefully packed and sent with a tracking number.

We currently do not offer delivery to international parcel lockers.

For faster or specific courier delivery, feel free to get in touch after placing your order – we’re happy to accommodate your needs where possible.

Shipping within Lithuania
Omniva parcel machines – 3–5 business days
We send to the nearest Omniva terminal based on the address provided – 3.50€

Shipping to Latvia
2-4 business days - 5.50€

Shipping to Estonia
2-4 business days - 6.50€

Shipping to European Union (EU)
5–10 business days – 8.00 €

Non-European Union (UK, Norway & Switzerland)
5–12 business days – 9.50 €

Shipping to Iceland 
7–14 business days – 11.50 €

Shipping to USA & Canada
7–14 business days – 10.00 €

Shipping to the rest of the world
14–21 business days – 15.00 €
