Processing time
All items are made to order. It usually takes us 3–7 business days to sew, pack, and ship your order—depending on the season and order size. If you're in a rush or have questions, feel free to reach out.

Customs & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Sadly, we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by customs.

Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping from Lithuania (Europe) on orders over 150€ 

All international orders are shipped via reliable courier services such as DPD, GLS, UPS, or FedEx.

Each parcel is carefully packed and sent with a tracking number, directly to the shipping address you provide.

We currently do not offer delivery to international parcel lockers, but shipping to home or work addresses is available in almost every country.

For faster or specific courier delivery, feel free to get in touch after placing your order – we’re happy to accommodate your needs where possible.

We send to the nearest Omniva terminal based on the address provided – 3.50€
