Returns/ Exchanges

If something didn’t work out – we completely understand. We offer two return options so you can choose what feels more comfortable for you.

You can return your item in one of two ways:

1. Self-serve returns – quick and simple

No need to contact us. You can initiate the return yourself in just a few steps:

- Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or simply click Start a return , and then request a return.

- Log in to your account:

- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

-  If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

- Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

2. Prefer to talk to us?

If you’d rather arrange the return directly, just send us a message at hello@foresthelabel.com with:

- Your order number

- The item you’d like to return

- A short note about the reason

We’ll reply with return instructions and help you through the process.

Return/ exchange policy:

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and clean, with all original tags attached

- Must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging

- Panties, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable

- Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

Return shipping costs:

- Return shipping is initially paid by the customer

- However, if you provide proof of shipping cost (e.g., a receipt or tracking confirmation showing the price),
we will refund that cost together with your item refund

Please use a tracked service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for the item and any approved shipping cost within 5 business days.
