No, weāre not offering made-to-measure pieces at the moment.
We focus on a small range of carefully crafted sizes ā but we're always here to help you find the one that fits best.
How to choose the right size?
We know that choosing the right size online ā especially when it comes to bras ā can be a challenge.
To make your decision easier, weāve created a size guide thatās as broad and detailed as possible.
But if youāre still unsure, donāt hesitate to reach out ā weāre always here to help.
Can I request small changes?
Yes ā small adjustments like shortening or lengthening, as long as they donāt change the garmentās construction, are possible.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes ā standard shipping is free on orders over 150ā¬. For smaller orders, a shipping fee applies and will be clearly shown at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
If something doesnāt feel like it belongs, you may return or exchange it within 14 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on gift cards, panties, special orders and personalized items.
Once itās safely back, weāll send your refund quietly on its way.
How long will it take to prepare my order?
We work on a pre-order basis only. Each piece is made slowly, just for you ā please allow 3ā7 business days for sewing, preparing, and shipping. Timing may vary depending on the season and number of orders. If youāre wondering about something, feel free to reach out.

This bra looks exactly like the picture. It arrived beautifully packaged! Fits perfectly. It's so soft. Very comfortable. I'd definitely buy more items from this shop. The stitching is also good. This is not cheaply put together. I'm very happy with my purchase. The shop owner also answered my questions I had about the straps on the bra. It came sooner than I expected.

Quality craftsmanship! The kind responsiveness and the packaging of the product show how much love and effort went into each item. I do wish the bra had two layers of cotton fabric to help diffuse the transparency between the 3 levels of the breast, areola and nipple. Tightening the straps help but that will promote wearing out faster and cause more tension on the shoulders. For a non toxic relaxed bra it's still worth it!
I purchased one of these bralettes initially to get a feel for them and fell in love with it. I ordered 4 more and had them customized to my size and one other adjustment and I just LOVE them. They are so comfortable, I feel like I am wearing nothing, which was what I was hoping for. Thank you!

One of the most uncomfortable bras I have ever owned. The elastic straps are too thin with small metal brackets difficult to adjust that dig into the shoulders, and the small elastic inserted under the chest is suffocating.
